This summer, we’re taking teams out of the everyday, and into something that actually feels like a break.

With Out of Office @ Gantoise, we’re hosting company events at one of Belgium’s most iconic sports clubs, just outside Ghent. A place normally reserved for athletes, now tailored for teams.

What does it look like?Morning padel sessions, lunches on the terrace, brainstorms in the garden or sunset cocktails after a day outdoors. From active teambuildings to relaxed family days, each event is fully custom-made, and surprisingly easy to organise. No fixed formats, no pressure. You share the vibe, we build the day.

We don’t do boring. And neither should you.

This is a setting that adapts to your team, not the other way around. Out of Office @ Gantoise is a flexible event concept hosted by New Balls Please. It gives you the freedom to create a moment that’s fully yours: active or relaxed, formal or festive, indoors or outside.
