Far from the crowds of Ibiza and Mallorca, Menorca offers a sense of exclusivity without compromising on experience. Imagine team-building along rugged coastlines, private dinners in historic fincas enjoying the Calderata de Langosta: the island's iconic lobster stew, and activities set within a UNESCO-protected biosphere reserve.
For companies seeking a fresh, stylish, and inspiring incentive destination where connection and meaningful experiences take centre stage, Menorca is undoubtedly one of the most promising choices today.
NOT IBIZA.
NOT MALLORCA.
MENORCA.
Menorca is not the obvious choice. And that's exactly the point. While Ibiza and Mallorca have built their reputations on scale and spectacle, Menorca has quietly become something far more valuable: a destination that still surprises.
As a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve since 1993, more than 75% of the island is protected, resulting in a landscape of extraordinary, untouched beauty: 216 km of coastline, 120+ beaches and coves, ancient countryside threaded with dry stone walls, and a natural silence that makes everything feel more meaningful. Yet for all its tranquillity, Menorca is not a compromise.
The island offers a genuinely high-quality selection of hotels, unique venues, and culinary experiences. From private dinners in centuries-old fincas to lobster stew served in a harbour-front restaurant that has been perfecting the recipe for generations. For corporate groups, this combination is rare and powerful: a destination that feels exclusive without being remote, authentic without being rustic, and inspiring without being overwhelming. Menorca doesn't ask for attention. It earns it.
EUROPE’S BEST KEPT INCENTIVE SECRET
Why choose Menorca?
UNESCO Biosphere ReserveMore than 75% of Menorca's territory is protected. The island has been a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve since 1993, home to 220 bird species and 1,000 plant species. Hosting an incentive here sends a powerful sustainability signal, and creates a setting unlike anywhere else in Europe.
More beaches than Mallorca & Ibiza combinedDespite being the smallest of the three major Balearic islands, Menorca has over 120 beaches and coves along 216 km of coastline. Many are only accessible by boat or foot, making them perfect for exclusive group experiences your participants won't find anywhere else.
Exclusive without being remoteMenorca is a world away from the mass tourism of Ibiza and Mallorca, yet it's served by 68 direct flight routes from across Europe. Your group enjoys a genuinely exclusive experience without compromising on ease of access or quality of facilities.
Unique venues you won't find elsewhereHistoric fincas surrounded by dry stone walls, lighthouse terraces at sunset, ancient harbours with private boat access, UNESCO-protected nature reserves, Menorca's venue portfolio is unlike any other Mediterranean destination.
World-class gastronomyMenorca has a genuinely distinguished food culture built on exceptional local produce. Caldereta de langosta (traditional lobster stew), artisan cheese, and gin with a centuries-old British heritage all feature in a culinary scene that elevates every group dinner into a true experience.
A long incentive seasonWith a mean annual temperature of 17°C and a Mediterranean climate, Menorca's incentive season runs from May through October. June and September offer the sweet spot: warm weather, calm seas, fewer tourists, and the full destination to yourselves.

Namibia offers what very few incentive destinations can: genuine, total exclusivity. With 824,292 km² of territory and a population of just 2.5 million — one of the lowest population densities in the world — your group experiences a profound sense of space and solitude impossible to replicate elsewhere. Combined with world-class luxury lodges, extraordinary landscapes, and wildlife encounters in Etosha National Park, Namibia is a once-in-a-lifetime reward that top performers will carry with them for the rest of their careers.
-
Namibia offers an exceptional range of exclusive corporate activities: hot air balloon flights over the Namib dunes with champagne breakfast on landing, private game drives in Etosha National Park, quad biking through the desert, sandboarding down Swakopmund's dunes, skydiving over the Atlantic coast, guided desert walks, desert-adapted elephant tracking in Twyfelfontein, stargazing through private observatory telescopes, exclusive bush dinners under the Milky Way, private 4x4 Jeep expeditions, and sea kayaking with Cape fur seals at Pelican Point.
-
Namibia's dry season — May through October — is the ideal incentive period. Wildlife concentrates around waterholes making game viewing exceptional, temperatures are cooler and more comfortable, and the dramatic desert landscapes are at their most vivid. June through September is peak season for game viewing. Namibia enjoys 300+ days of sunshine per year, making it a reliable destination throughout the dry season.

The Namib Desert is widely considered the world's oldest desert, having endured arid conditions for approximately 55 to 80 million years. The sand dunes at Sossusvlei reach up to 325 metres in height, making them among the tallest in the world. The most famous is Big Daddy at 325 metres, while Dune 45 is the most visited for its spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The word "Namib" means "an area where there is nothing" in the local Nàmá language.

Namibia is consistently rated one of Africa's safest and most stable countries. It has a strong democracy, well-maintained infrastructure in tourist areas, and a mature, professional tourism industry built on over three decades of experience with international groups. Namibia's lodge and DMC operators are world-class, and the country has an excellent safety record for corporate and incentive travel.

Most multi-destination incentive programmes use a combination of private 4x4 Jeep convoys and internal charter flights. Small aircraft connect the main destinations efficiently — Windhoek to Sossusvlei, Sossusvlei to Swakopmund, Swakopmund to Damaraland, and Damaraland to Etosha. This combination of road and air travel is itself part of the experience, with aerial views of the dune sea and desert landscapes being truly extraordinary. New Balls Please manages all internal logistics as part of the full programme.
